Delivery Information

For stock items we try to dispatch each order on the day it is received.  However this is not always possible when we have high volume of orders.  If this is the case it will be dispatched in the next 2-3 business days. We will contact you to advise if processing times are longer or out of our control.
 
Please note that longer processing times may apply to custom ordered double box pleat, pre-made rosette parts, bespoke browbands or other bespoke items.

Please be aware that the delivery times listed with our shipping options are a target delivery  time and an ultimately the postal service is in control of this.  

All our orders incur a modest packing and handling charge

Within New Zealand

Orders placed from within New Zealand will be sent by courierpost for DIY supplies this is a flat rate for anywhere in New Zealand including rural. 

Prices in New Zealand are gst inclusive – gst will be displayed at checkout. NZ GST rate is 15%.

International orders

Orders to Australia will be sent via NZ post with International Courier This is a Flat rate of for Australian orders.
Other international orders ​will be shipped with NZ post via international courier. Due to Covid 19 delays and disruptions to international post I no longer send items by standard airmail.

International orders are GST exclusive, this will automatically be applied at checkout.

Due to Covid-19 shipping delays may happen even with international courier, once items are within the postal system any delays are outside the control of Browband supplies.

Payment Terms and Conditions

We offer payment via:
– credit/debit card via Woocommerce payments or Afterpay at checkout
– payment using your paypal account at checkout
– Afterpay
– FOR NZ CUSTOMERS ONLY bank deposit by prior arrangement
– FOR NZ CUSTOMERS ONLY cash on pickup by prior arrangement

All goods remain the property of Browband DIY supplies until paid for in full

Returns

Please Check your order is correct upon receiving it, and contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS if your order has been incorrectly dispatched

No Claims will be accepted after 7 days

Goods incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a 10% re-stocking fee plus freight charge. This applies in particular to browbands, responsibility is on the customer to ensure they have ordered the right size for their horse.
